Pierce is a founding partner of deMaine Seeberger PLLC. His practice focuses on defending claims against healthcare providers and institutions in medical negligence litigation and administrative proceedings, but he additionally represents clients in property disputes, discrimination claims, breach of contract, insurance bad faith, and appellate advocacy. Pierce has been practicing with a special focus in the field of health care law since first entering the legal profession in 2015.

Pierce grew up in Bellevue, Washington, and comes from a family with a rich tradition in medicine. He takes tremendous pride in representing and advocating for medical professionals and assisting them in navigating the legal and personal challenges of litigation. Pierce lives in Ballard with his wife Meghan. In his free time, he enjoys exercising and wrangling his very opinionated French bulldog.
